A couple of things have lead to this post. First, the meme floating around in the minds of my close family, that owning an internet business is easy and, because I apparently never get up off the computer for 6-10 hour stretches, I clearly must not be doing anything constructive. And second, the eye opening experience I have had over the past eighteen months as I have ploughed through this stuff, climbing what will probably be one of the steepest learning curves of my life (except for A Level Chemistry).
